1 This season, the department started analysing and developing the new security, ticketing and access control management system that will replace the current AVET system. The CASTOR project (Spanish acronym for Access Control, Security and Results-Oriented Ticketing) is currently at the end of the first stage, which focused on the features that the new system must have. We are now analysing the proposals to choose the technological partner that will initiate the technical design and development of the solution with the LFP.
![]() During this season, several meetings and information seminars were held (in Madrid, Valencia and Seville) with all the clubs in order to get to know their needs, share progress made and explain the scope of the project. The Clubs also have access to relevant information on the scope of the project in the portal of the LFP's website. The development and future implementation of the new management system that will replace the current AVET is a long and complex process. Because of the broadness of the new system's features, the security guarantee it offers in stadiums' access and its future implementation in all the professional clubs, putting it into operation will take place over the next two seasons. Given that it is a long process, this season we established a set of improvement goals for the current system in order to make the management of processes through the AVET system more efficient.
