1.	First Division's study of a contribution model for the Second Division which, including the relegation aid, helps maximize this category's revenues. Steps to take with the Second Division in order to implement the model.
2.	Analysis of the current fixtures' times system for the official competition by the LNFP and request for information to the LNFP's Chairman regarding the criteria used.
3.	Study and analysis of the situation arising from the CNC's (National Competition Commission) decision dated 14th of April 2010 regarding the broadcasting rights contracts for the Liga and Copa del Rey (King's Cup) and of the different situations deriving from it.

1.	Establishment of the Division Meeting.
2.	Report on the follow-up of the protocol signed with the CSD (Higher Sports Council) and the Ministry for Education; agreement with the CSD regarding the football pools and the status of the procedures initiated with the ICO.
3.	Approval of the economic contribution that First Division Clubs/SADs that signed their contracts with the DTS and that improved their broadcasting contracts are to provide to the so-called G-30 for the 2012/2013, 2013/2014, 2014/15 seasons, according to the agreements/meetings held in Hotel Villamagna on the 15th of August 2012.
